Privacy Policy

Stacked (“we”, “us”) is a poker session and bankroll tracker from the makers of pokersolved.com. It records games you played in the real world. Stacked contains no gambling: nothing can be wagered, played, or won inside it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at support@pokersolved.com.

We only collect what we need to run the app:

• Account details — your email address. Stacked requires an account.
• Your sessions — the details you log: date, game type, buy-in, cash-out, hours, big blind, field size, and the venue name you type.
• A user id, which scopes your data to your account.

Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting, no device location. The venue on a session is text you type, not a location reading.

Only to run the app: to show you your own statistics, and to sync your sessions between your devices. Sessions are stored on your device and copied to your account so your record follows you. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.

A Stacked account and a Solved account are different accounts, even if both use the same email address. Signing in to one does not sign you in to the other, and deleting one does not affect the other. Stacked shares its account with Slated only.

You can delete everything from inside the app at any time, without contacting anyone:

• Account → Delete my sessions erases every session you have logged, on every device, and keeps your account.
• Account → Delete my account permanently closes the account and everything stored on it.

Both are immediate and cannot be undone.

Stacked is intended for adults. It is a record-keeping tool and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the app.
